Title: Sr. Java Developer Location: Hybrid; Indianapolis, IN Job Description: CSCI Consulting is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Java Developer (Spring Boot & Integration) to support enterprise application development and integration initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable backend services, enhancing system integrations, and supporting modern, event-driven architectures across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Java development, deep experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API design, and hands-on experience delivering scalable, high-performance solutions within distributed systems. Analyze financial operations to identify inefficiencies, document processes for improvement, support audit readiness initiatives, and design automation solutions to enhance financial management efficiency and compliance.

• Provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff across the organization • Develop and maintain architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines • Advise leadership on technology selection, including processing, data storage, data access, and application development solutions • Establish and enforce functional and technical standards for effective IT and operations management • Assess the feasibility of future initiatives and provide recommendations to leadership • Research and analyze API capabilities, specifically related to ServiceNow and SAP • Demonstrate successful testing of data exchanges between the Enterprise Architecture (EA) repository and ServiceNow using system APIs • Support integration and optimization of enterprise systems aligned with DLA mission requirements

• Implement computer systems using a phased lifecycle approach, including requirements analysis, conceptual design, site surveys, system design reviews, critical design reviews, installation, integration, and testing • Perform requirements analysis for a diverse user base, particularly in office automation environments • Develop and present system designs for user approval during formal review sessions • Perform configuration management and support system integration activities • Interpret software test results and recommend corrective actions for unsatisfactory outcomes • Provide solutions to identified software problem reports and system deficiencies

• Support the design and build of a OneStream platform solution under the guidance of a Technical Lead • Develop and configure: • Data integrations • Cubes and dimension metadata • Workflows and dashboards • Business rules and financial calculations • Participate in client discovery sessions to gather and refine business requirements • Demonstrate system functionality and capabilities to stakeholders • Contribute to: • System testing documentation and execution • User acceptance testing (UAT) • End-user training materials and delivery • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements

• Gather business requirements and design SAP IBP solutions to meet planning and forecasting needs • Support end-to-end configuration and implementation across IBP modules • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet all functional and integration requirements • Configure and support IBP components including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure solution quality • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SAP IBP environments • Participate in Agile delivery processes and support continuous improvement initiatives • Provide guidance on best practices and support knowledge transfer across teams

• Design and implement automated validation frameworks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all migration cycles • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and the data conversion team to understand data requirements • Identify data anomalies and provide expert recommendations on optimal reporting designs • Reconcile transformed data against legacy sources to ensure completeness and accuracy • Develop dashboards and readiness metrics that provide real‑time insight into migration status • Support data validation, quality assurance activities, and defect resolution • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder review sessions
