Job Requirements
- Ти вже маєш 5+ років у HR-сфері, з яких понад рік — на посаді HRBP.
- Маєш досвід побудови HR-процесів з нуля і впровадження їх у швидко зростаючих командах.
- Умієш оптимізувати всі етапи employee lifecycle для різних команд.
- Реалізовував/-ла HR-проєкти з помітним впливом на бізнес-результати та показники.
- Вмієш працювати з HR-аналітикою для оцінки ефективності процесів і прийняття рішень на основі даних.
- Маєш досвід проведення HR-опитувань, аналізуєш результати й розробляєш дії для покращення engagement.
