Sales Development Representative (Philippines | Remote) Join a fast-growing global tech team! We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel pipeline growth for magentIQ’s AI and automation platform that’s transforming how modern organizations combine AI agents and human talent to drive operational impact. If you’re a driven communicator, relationship builder, and results-oriented professional who enjoys opening doors and creating opportunities, this role is your chance to play a critical role in scaling a high-growth AI company. This is a fully remote, Philippines-based opportunity, where you’ll collaborate with global founders and sales leaders, work across time zones, and make a measurable impact in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment. Role Summary: As the Sales Development Representative, you’ll own the top of the sales funnel — generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for the sales team. You’ll engage prospects across outbound and inbound channels, represent magentIQ’s value proposition clearly, and act as the first point of contact for future customers. You’ll be the engine behind pipeline creation, combining disciplined execution, strong communication skills, and data-driven follow-up to help scale revenue in an AI-first organization. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct lead research and prospecting to identify target accounts and decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn and CRM data. • Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social messaging to engage prospective customers. • Qualify inbound leads against defined criteria before passing opportunities to Account Executives or founders. • Build and maintain strong early-stage relationships with prospects, creating a positive first impression of magentIQ. • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-up activities. • Collaborate closely with Founders, Account Executives, and Sales Managers on target lists, messaging, and outreach strategies. • Track and report on key SDR metrics (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads, conversion rates). • Gather market feedback from prospects and share insights on competitors, trends, and product fit with internal teams. Must-Have Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role. - Direct experience working in US companies. - Proven ability to meet or exceed lead-generation targets and KPIs. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). - Excellent organization and time-management skills in a remote work environment. - Self-starter mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience selling AI, automation, or technology-enabled services. - Familiarity with multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles. - Exposure to outbound sequencing, sales automation, or revenue tech stacks. - Strong interest in AI, agentic workflows, and modern go-to-market strategies. Reporting Line and Working Pattern: - Reports to: Head of Sales, Sales Manager, or Founding Team - Fully remote, Philippines-based, with collaboration across US time zones Why You’ll Love This Role: - Be a core contributor to revenue growth in a fast-scaling AI company. - Work directly with founders and senior sales leaders. - Develop high-demand skills in AI, automation, and modern B2B sales. - Enjoy remote flexibility, clear performance metrics, and career progression. - Join a team that values ownership, learning, and results — not micromanagement. About magentIQ At magentIQ, we value diversity, innovation, and continuous growth. Join our team and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking organization where your work truly impacts global technology. If you’re ready to build reliable, scalable systems that power the future of automation we’d love to meet you! #SalesDevelopment #SDRJobs #AIJobs #Automation #RemoteJobs #TechCareers #PhilippinesJobs #NowHiring
