We’re a small, fast-moving team working at the intersection of Shopify, VSL funnels, and performance marketing, with a big focus on testing, learning, and improving quickly.  We’re currently launching this brand from the ground up, so we’re building everything as we go, from systems to funnels to infrastructure. It’s a hands-on environment where everyone plays a key role, and we need someone right at the centre of making things work smoothly. We’re looking for a highly technical Shopify Webmaster who can own the entire backend and frontend stability of a fast-moving, direct-response eCommerce brand. This person will be responsible for keeping all systems live, fast, and fully functional across Shopify and VSL funnel environments. You’ll be the person ensuring everything runs without friction - from checkout flows to integrations - and helping us scale a performance-driven funnel ecosystem across multiple customer journeys. In this role, you will be in charge of: ⚙️ Managing long-term funnel performance (load speed, mobile optimisation) 🛠️ Resolving all technical issues across Shopify and funnel systems 🔗 Owning integrations across Shopify, SamCart, Stripe, Shopify Pay, and subscriptions 🧪 Running and managing split tests across frontend and backend funnels 🧱 Building and maintaining HTML-based VSL and funnel pages 💳 Managing Shopify Pay, checkout systems, and subscription flows 🚀 Ensuring all funnels (VSL, upsell, PDP, subscription) remain live and fully operational at all times (No Downtime = TOP KPI) This is a full-time role aligned with EST working hours.

Job Requirements

  • To excel in this role, you need:
  • ✔ HTML expertise with strong Shopify development experience
  • ✔ Proven experience working in eCommerce environments
  • ✔ Strong understanding of funnel systems (ideally VSL or direct-response)
  • ✔ Experience with integrations such as SamCart, Stripe, Shopify Pay, and subscriptions
  • Brownie points for:
  • ★ Experience working with high-performing eCommerce brands
  • ★ Background in direct-response or VSL-driven funnels
  • The ideal candidate is direct, highly self-sufficient, and takes full ownership of their work without needing constant direction.
  • They are fast-moving, solution-oriented, and motivated by building stable, high-performance systems in an environment where things change quickly and execution speed matters.
