This is a remote position. For a Scandinavian SAP consulting company, we are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS & Security Consultant with a broad IT background for long-term cooperation on international SAP landscape and transformation projects. The company delivers high-quality SAP solutions across S/4HANA transformation, SAP Core, BTP development, Clean Core modernization, and advisory, combining Nordic engineering standards with stable teams, ownership, and a strong focus on business outcomes. The selected consultant will be responsible for supporting SAP system operations, BASIS administration, and security/authorization topics across complex SAP landscapes, closely cooperating with functional consultants, technical teams, and international customer stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and support SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP cloud or hybrid landscapes. - Manage SAP security, roles, authorizations, and access-related topics. - Support SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, and transport management. - Monitor and ensure SAP system availability, performance, stability, and compliance. - Troubleshoot and resolve system, infrastructure, and authorization-related issues. - Cooperate with functional and technical teams on cross-system and integration topics. - Support continuous improvement of SAP operations, security standards, and system governance. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration or similar SAP technical infrastructure roles. - Solid experience in SAP system administration, monitoring, and operations. - Strong knowledge of SAP security, roles, authorizations, and access management. - Practical understanding of SAP system architecture and underlying IT infrastructure. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and complex multi-system SAP landscapes. - Experience with cloud or hybrid SAP landscapes will be a strong advantage. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently. - Ability to work reliably and take ownership of operational and security topics. - Experience in international projects or support environments. - Structured, detail-oriented, and responsible working style. - Good communication skills in cross-functional environments. - Very good English communication skills. • Implement and maintain IAM controls across cloud, SaaS, and internal platforms. • Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC. • Configure and improve MFA and Conditional Access policies. • Support secure user lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, leaver activities. • Participate in access reviews and privilege cleanup activities. • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues. • Analyze authentication events and support identity-related investigations. • Work with Engineering and IT teams on secure onboarding of applications and access models. • Support audit and compliance requirements related to IAM controls. • Contribute to practical Zero Trust improvements based on company priorities and maturity.

• Assist Twilio’s Information Security Team in improving and automating critical security workflows • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and on-call support • Own, operate and maintain automated workflows supporting various security programs including cloud security, product security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and enterprise security • Develop AI-powered security solutions, building workflows integrating structured and unstructured data sources for decision-making and risk reduction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security needs and deliver advanced AI-enabled solutions • Maintain operational health of automation and AI-driven systems ensuring reliability and performance requirements • Support on-call operations for tools, pipelines, and AI models • Document processes and developments clearly and effectively

• Contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. • Long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. • Dealing with both client expectations and internal challenges. • Deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs.
