The Manager, Procurement Operations serves as the operational backbone of Circle's Procurement function, owning the administration of our Procure-to-Pay system (ZipHQ), driving continuous process improvements, and building the enablement resources that empower employees to navigate procurement effectively. Reporting to the Director of Sourcing and Procurement, this is an individual contributor role best suited for a proactive, solutions-oriented operator who can independently identify inefficiencies and execute improvements end-to-end. What you'll work on: - Administering and optimizing ZipHQ as the primary system administrator, managing configurations, user access, and system integrity to support a seamless Procure-to-Pay experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement across Procurement Operations, independently proposing solutions and project managing execution from ideation through completion - Creating and maintaining comprehensive Procure-to-Pay enablement resources, including user guides, training materials, and SOPs that drive employee adoption and compliance - Tracking and reporting on P2P metrics, proactively surfacing trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement to Procurement leadership - Owning the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring timely setup in ZipHQ and compliance with Procurement policy - Developing, maintaining, and communicating Procurement policies and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and compliance across the organization - Supporting internal controls and audit readiness by ensuring P2P processes meet compliance requirements and documentation remains current and accessible What you'll bring to Circle: Core Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay, or a similar operational role - Hands-on experience as a ZipHQ system administrator (required) - Demonstrated ability to independently identify process inefficiencies, develop solutions, and manage execution through to completion - Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, interpreting, and reporting procurement metrics - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered - Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development Preferred Requirements: - Experience developing and maintaining procurement policies and standard operating procedures - Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes and cross-functional P2P workflows - Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite. • Review, validate, and process dispatch requests to ensure complete and accurate scope of work prior to scheduling. • Coordinate and schedule field technicians for installs, surveys, go-lives, circuit activations, and related on-site work. • Confirm technician availability and validate assigned resources prior to dispatch execution. • Manage reschedules, exceptions, and updates while maintaining clear internal and external communication. • Serve as the primary dispatch communication hub between internal teams, vendors, and customers. • Own internal and external dispatch communications including confirmations, changes, and close-out notifications. • Validate build orders, service orders, site access details, and contact information prior to dispatch. • Maintain accurate updates in tracking systems, calendars, and dispatch dashboards. • Verify completion of dispatched work including technician notes, photos, and task completion. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements.

• Define and execute the global category strategy aligned with portfolio and business objectives • Own the full product lifecycle, from early ideation through launch and phase‑out • Optimize portfolio performance, including revenue, margin, market share, and SKU complexity • Use customer, market, and competitive insights to drive customer‑led innovation • Translate insights into clear product roadmaps, features, and value propositions • Partner with Sales and customers to build strong market understanding and support key accounts • Support go‑to‑market activities, including value‑based pricing, positioning, and launches • Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing • Contribute to forecasting and planning through market intelligence and volume projections

• Contact dealerships and suppliers to source and order required parts in a timely manner • Process payments for purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures • Track and communicate order status updates to store locations and internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and order details • Ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses in accordance with company guidelines • Assist store teams with placing orders and resolving purchasing-related issues • Follow up with vendors on backorders, delays, and discrepancies • Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership partners and suppliers • Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes and cost efficiencies
