Job Description

Procurement Coordinator

Driven Brands Inc.

• Contact dealerships and suppliers to source and order required parts in a timely manner • Process payments for purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures • Track and communicate order status updates to store locations and internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and order details • Ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses in accordance with company guidelines • Assist store teams with placing orders and resolving purchasing-related issues • Follow up with vendors on backorders, delays, and discrepancies • Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership partners and suppliers • Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes and cost efficiencies

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and purchasing/ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with automotive parts or dealership networks (preferred)
  • Familiarity with inventory management or supply chain processes (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and expense coding (preferred)
