• Procure equipment and materials as identified by individual task orders in support of GSMO-3 mission operations and engineering development initiatives • Find qualified vendors, get multiple quotes with quality clauses included • Work issues in parallel to expedite the process, calling vendors to check progress, placing orders, receiving orders • Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of future potential problems

• Functional Delivery Lead and support SAP Ariba Sourcing implementations, including event creation, RFx, auctions, scoring, and award scenarios • Configure Ariba Contracts including clause libraries, templates, approval workflows, and contract authoring processes • Conduct requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders • Translate sourcing and contracting business processes into standard Ariba capabilities, minimizing customizations • Support integration touchpoints with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (where applicable), in collaboration with technical teams • Coordinate with Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and downstream modules where sourcing dependencies exist • Assist with data migration, master data validation, and sourcing template standardization • Develop and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios aligned to sourcing and contracting processes • Support cutover, hypercare, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities • Troubleshoot functional issues and drive resolution with SAP and internal teams

• Inspect and validate vendor partners to ensure and enforce alignment with CenterWell and Humana’s mission and business objectives. • Defines performance standards, inspection models, and escalation expectations that vendors are accountable to execute against. • Owns and enforces vendor escalation standards for critical business impacting events, ensuring appropriate urgency, routing, and leadership awareness. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Compliance, Finance, Training, Procurement and Legal) to ensure vendor solutions meet evolving business and compliance needs. • Owns the design and alignment of performance scorecards and inspection routines across Service, RxE, and Specialty. • Validates vendor training effectiveness through audit outcomes, quality performance, and execution controls rather than training completion or content review. • Prepares leadership for clear decisions by framing risk, readiness, and accountability. • Contribute to strategic initiatives including RFP development, cost optimization, and member experience enhancements. • Represent CenterWell Rx Education in enterprise-wide vendor forums and cross-functional workstreams.

• Own procurement strategy for all data center equipment including electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure • Lead sourcing and contracting for major equipment packages (switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, cooling systems, racks) • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, lead times, and risk allocation with suppliers and contractors • Develop and manage master service agreements (MSAs), purchase agreements, and vendor contracts • Drive cost optimization while maintaining speed and quality of delivery • Partner with construction and engineering teams to align procurement with deployment schedules • Manage supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including long-lead constraints and market volatility • Build strategic relationships with key OEMs and vendors • Establish scalable procurement processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms • Track and forecast spend across multiple projects and regions • Lead contract negotiations for EPCs, GCs, and major vendors • Define contract structures that align incentives with schedule and performance outcomes • Manage change orders, claims, and commercial disputes • Ensure clear scope definition and risk allocation across all agreements • Standardize contract templates for rapid deployment across multiple sites • Partner with legal and finance to ensure compliance and governance.
