• Running recruitment processes end-to-end, mainly for design roles such as: UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, Strategic Designer • Sourcing active and passive candidates (direct search, cold outreach) • Finding design talent • Reviewing design portfolios from a recruiter’s perspective • Managing candidates in the ATS (Recruitee) • Delivering shortlists and candidate recommendations

Job Requirements

  • Active sole proprietorship / business entity and ability to issue VAT invoices
  • Around 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Good understanding of design roles and the ability to review UX portfolios
  • Experience with direct search and cold outreach
  • Strong English skills (minimum C1)
  • Willingness to work in a framework collaboration model (~80 PLN/h)
