Senior Associate – Network Engineer, Cisco Meraki

• Design, deploy, and manage networks using Cisco Meraki products (MX, MS, MR, MV). • Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs (site-to-site & client VPN), VLANs, and routing. • Monitor network performance using the Meraki Dashboard and third-party tools. • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks. • Implement network security policies, including IDS/IPS, content filtering, and access control. • Manage wireless networks, including SSIDs, RF optimization, and guest access. • Perform firmware upgrades, backups, and documentation of network changes. • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for incident resolution and infrastructure upgrades. • Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in network administration or analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki cloud-managed solutions.
- Solid understanding of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basic knowledge)
- Firewall configuration and VPN technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with network security best practices.
