Supported by the Service Network Manager, this role can be based in either Hawthorn or Truganina and will work with the business to understand the requirements of clients and consumers, to ensure the network can support all new and existing programs. Some of your key responsibilities: - Ensuring system configuration is maintained as directed in a timely manner. - Engage and manage the service centres with a primary focus on Electronics, Computers and Mobile Phone categories. - Maintenance of all agreements and ensure all compliance obligations of the network are met. - Highlight and report any issues or adverse trends. - Deep dive into product and category level details to ascertain any potential ACL remedies. - Support roll out of any new processes with the respective internal teams - Liaise with the service centres on any potential day to day queries and escalations. - Highlight and provide feedback on streamlining opportunities to drive better outcomes and a more efficient process. - Support the team across multiple aspects of the network including but not limited to salvage, system set ups, system maintenance.
