ServiceNow Architect, Team Lead – SPM, Python
Quantrics Enterprises Inc.
• Lead and manage the GCC (Global Capability Center) squad, ensuring effective delivery, collaboration, and alignment with business objectives. • Provide technical leadership by analyzing complex requirements, resolving technical challenges, and recommending optimal solutions (Out-of-the-Box vs. custom development). • Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance across the team. • Coach and mentor team members to elevate technical capability, productivity, and overall performance. • Challenge existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation. • Actively contribute to development activities by working on user stories or features when required. • Drive enhancements in CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and release quality. • Design and implement automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of features and user stories primarily within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and held an architect or technical lead role.
- Experience in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
- 5+ years of experience in development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform and experience of Python for automation and scripting.
- 5+ years of experience working with DevOps tools and practices, within an Agile delivery environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- 5+ years of experience in people management , including leading technical teams, coaching developers, performance management, and driving team delivery.
- Demonstrated interest in learning network technologies and operational processes .
- Strong professional discipline, including consistency, punctuality, and reliability in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate daily with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a strong drive to understand business context and continuously improve solutions.
