• Design and implement workforce IAM solutions using SailPoint and/or Okta IGA, including lifecycle, access requests, certifications, and role models. • Build and maintain custom integrations and workflows using APIs, connectors, and event-driven automation. • Implement and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities such as vaulting, JIT access, and session controls. • Develop and maintain production-quality code primarily in Python (Kotlin a strong plus) to extend IAM platforms. • Partner with security, IT, and engineering teams to ensure IAM solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance requirements.

• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and verification of clinical and discrete chemistry analyzers in accordance with instrument/product manufacturers specifications. • Provide effective, timely communication and negotiation scheduling with the customer, partner. • Ensure effective and timely service and appropriate documentation is recorded through required processes. • Knowledgeable of safe operations and maintenance of the analyzers. • Maximize analyzer uptime and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. • Must be proficient with the use of customer management software to track service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks. • Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service to analyze, review and inspect findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action. • Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service in problem resolution with factory engineering, technical support, and other personnel to expedite repairs. • Assist with on boarding of new hires.
