• Enhance EMA’s active Business Development team • Create and sustain client relationships in technology and management consulting business • Implement plans to generate business from new and existing clients • Collaborate with team members for market coverage • Identify opportunities for clients in water and wastewater utilities • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to projects

• Contribute to project tasks which may include doing client site visits to retrieve information • Gathering requirements, mapping processes, participating in workshops, designing, configuring, or testing parts of systems • Collecting and analyzing data, performing calculations, preparing drawings and graphics, drafting reports, and preparing project documentation • Contribute positively to project teams, including communicating proactively when direction is needed • Consistent positive client and team interactions • May represent EMA to clients as part of a project team or individually • Sustains excellent client relationships by supporting and participating in new project opportunities

• Support engineering projects from concept to completion • Conduct client site visits to retrieve information • Gather requirements and map processes • Participate in workshops and design/configure/test systems • Collect and analyze data, perform calculations, and prepare drawings and graphics • Draft reports and prepare project documentation • Communicate proactively with project teams and positively interact with clients

• Provide technical leadership and project management for consulting and engineering services • Lead project teams, develop scopes of work and cost estimates • Mentor junior staff and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients • Support critical infrastructure projects involving water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, wells, and associated facilities through the entire project lifecycle

• Support municipal water and wastewater clients in the Sacramento California area • Program, configure, test, and commission SCADA systems • Transform client operations, processes, and technology by providing solutions that increase operational efficiency • Allow for data driven decision making • Support control system design, construction projects, and public bid • Prepare technical reports (SCADA Master Plans, Preliminary Engineering Reports) • Collaborate with operators, maintenance staff, managers, and engineers • Participate in client workshops and project teams • Assist Business Development Team with proposals and identify lateral and follow-on work • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with SMEs • Travel to client sites up to 50% depending on project needs

• Support water and wastewater utilities in improving maintenance programs, asset management practices, and operational decision-making • Build relationships with stakeholders • Facilitate workshops and training sessions • Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Analyze maintenance, asset, and organizational data to develop recommendations • Develop implementation roadmaps and coach clients through adoption • Support EAM/CMMS selection, implementation, and optimization efforts • Establish standards for asset hierarchy and work types • Apply maintenance and reliability strategies • Support or facilitate RCA and FMEA sessions • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate across EMA practice areas
