Multi-domain Control Model Integrator Analyst
Adidas Group
• Lead the development of proprietary frameworks and code for the analysis of electrified propulsion technologies. • Perform first-principles modeling activities to develop high-complexity models. • Integrate basic or advanced control logic that governs the physical behavior of the models incorporated into the frameworks and proprietary code. • Create pre- and post-processing tools, providing support to troubleshoot issues related to the use of the frameworks and proprietary code. • Communicate results through oral presentations and written reports to Chief Engineers, COEs, component engineers, and powertrain managers.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Automotive).
- Previous experience in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Deep knowledge of vehicle propulsion systems (internal combustion engines, transmissions, axles, drivelines, batteries, and electric motors).
- Strong knowledge of hybrid and electrified control strategies, as well as energy management optimization.
- Knowledge of Torque Path strategies for hybrid and electrified propulsion systems.
- Knowledge of ECMS (Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy) for energy management.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and GT-Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer.
- Experience in production controls.
- Experience with Git for code versioning and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with vehicle testing or data analysis.
