• Carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements. • Analyze software to prevent issues and fixing bugs. • Understand the functional requirements, systems architecture, and test environment. • Preparation and execution of High-level test scenarios. • Analyze, correct data, and load into the system. • Visualize, interpret and report data findings via dashboards, reports, and charts. • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality, usability, and reliability. • Document and track defects using issue tracking system and work closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve identified issues. • Perform Regression Testing to verify software stability and compatibility across different platforms and environments. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities. • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. • All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum experience between 2 to 4 years of relevant work.
- Strong understanding of software testing, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent Manual/Functional Testing skills.
- Good knowledge of STLC and testing methodologies.
- Should have hands on experience in web application testing.
- Work experience of Smoke, Integration, End to End, Regression testing & UI testing.
- Should possess good pharmaceutical domain knowledge.
- Good troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Automation knowledge would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
