Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - PMP certification required. - 7+ years of experience in project management, enterprise program management, technical program management, or related strategic execution roles. - 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery workstreams. - Strong experience translating business strategy and operational needs into project requirements and execution plans. - Strong communication, prioritization, and executive stakeholder management skills. - Experience building governance, reporting, KPI reviews, or project management frameworks. - Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
