HRA Operations Associate – Weekends

Vitable Health

• Provide high-quality member support via phone, email, and chat (5 days/week including weekends) • Assist members with insurance education, eligibility, and enrollment — including ICHRA and HRA plan details and ACA marketplace options • Submit insurance applications to carriers and own cases through approval • Answer benefit-specific questions and troubleshoot carrier or cross-functional issues • Help members navigate the healthcare system and understand their coverage • Coordinate resources for members needing services outside Vitable's scope • Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve the member experience

Job Requirements

  • Active health insurance license required (or willingness to obtain one)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, member services, or insurance operations
  • Familiarity with ICHRA, HRA, or ACA marketplace plans strongly preferred
  • Empathetic, confident communicator — especially on the phone
  • Availability to work 5 days/week including weekends (required)
  • Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools a plus
