Our client is a performance-driven organization focused on executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic channels. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Programmatic Specialist who can manage campaigns end-to-end while supporting both execution and client communication. Location Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Programmatic Specialist will manage and execute programmatic advertising campaigns across channels such as CTV, native, and display. This role requires strong expertise in campaign setup, tracking implementation, and client communication, with a primary focus on execution and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Programmatic Campaign Management - Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across CTV, native, and display channels - Monitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results - Ensure campaigns are properly structured, targeted, and aligned with client objectives Tracking & Implementation - Implement and manage conversion tracking and campaign tracking setups - Troubleshoot and resolve technical tracking issues, including complex scenarios - Ensure accurate data collection and reporting across all campaigns Client Onboarding & Communication - Lead client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and alignment on campaign goals - Serve as a client-facing point of contact for communication, reporting, and performance updates - Present insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner Strategy Support & Execution - Support the development of programmatic strategies based on client goals - Translate strategy into execution, ensuring campaigns are launched effectively and optimized over time Reporting & Performance Analysis - Track and report on key performance metrics across campaigns - Provide regular updates and insights, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement Qualifications Experience - 3–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising - Hands-on experience managing campaigns across CTV, native, and display - Experience in client-facing roles with direct communication responsibilities Skills - Strong understanding of programmatic platforms and campaign setup - Experience with conversion tracking and technical implementation, including troubleshooting - Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance - Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to clients - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of campaign performance - Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization is a plus - Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is a plus - Light design or post-production skills are a plus What Success Looks Like - Successful execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns that meet or exceed client goals - Smooth onboarding processes and strong client relationships - Accurate and reliable tracking and reporting across campaigns - Consistent delivery of actionable insights that improve performance over time Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact programmatic campaigns while working closely with clients.
