What we're looking for (role overview): Reporting to Senior Manager, Learner Engagement, InStride is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our Learner Engagement team as an Operations Specialist. In this role, you’ll drive the execution of marketing campaigns and engagement strategies, maintain data accuracy, and support the seamless operation of tools and systems that drive our learner engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to develop their skills while contributing to the success of learners through efficient operational support. How you will create impact (key responsibilities): - Own the development of multi-channel learner engagement campaigns by coordinating and ensuring the on-time completion of Design, Content, and Lifecycle tasks, ensuring they meet all requirements of the brief as directed by the Learner Engagement lead. - Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on campaign deliverables and communications to maintain high standards and consistency with Corporate Partner guidelines. - Prepare and compile data for reporting utilizing existing dashboards and templates, enabling senior team members to analyze performance. - Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation to ensure clarity and usability for the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational Learner Engagement efforts with strategic priorities. Compensation At InStride, final offer amounts are dependent on multiple factors including location, depth of experience, interview performance and equity with other team members. What You’ll Do: As a Research Operations Manager at NinjaTrader, you will join a team delivering strategic insights that inform mission-critical decisions across the organization. Your ReOpsleadership and your experience implementing systems, standards, and tools to improve research processes will amplify the efficiency and capacity of NinjaTrader’s researchers. • Monitor and manage incoming signing orders; review details and special instructions for accuracy and completeness. • Keep order records up to date as changes occur throughout the signing lifecycle. • Apply independent judgment to anticipate potential issues and ensure orders progress smoothly at every stage. • Oversee automated notary assignment and take manual action on hard-to-fill orders, including direct outreach and incentive adjustments when appropriate. • Collaborate with customers to identify flexibility and meet performance targets for assignment speed and fulfillment. • Respond promptly to inbound communications from customers and notaries, providing clear and professional updates. • Escalate urgent matters appropriately and coordinate resolution efforts with internal Support and cross-functional teams. • Make outbound calls to resolve time-sensitive issues quickly and effectively. • Proactively identify risks and intervene to prevent delays or disruptions to the signing experience. • Deliver a positive customer experience even in high-pressure situations.
