Follow us on Glassdoor and LinkedIn! The Sales Executive IV will pursue and work alongside banks and credit unions that are looking to improve their digital banking strategy and performance. We are seeking candidates that are highly motivated, have a history of success with business development/sales, and exhibit strong relationship building, communications, problem solving, and closing skills. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in a direct sales, client sales, BDR, technical recruiting, Martech sales or similar role. Key Responsibilities & Duties: - Actively seek out client sales opportunities and renewals through building client relationships, networking and developing strategies tailored to C-level executives goals and objectives. - Develop and execute strategies for quickly developing sales territory (Midwest/Northeast region). - Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information. - Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects. - Negotiate/close deals and handle objections. - Participate on behalf of the company for trade shows and conferences. - Travel to meet with prospective customers and markets within your territory.. - Collaborate with the team (Sales, Sales Engineers, Client Success Managers, Product, Finance) to achieve better results. - Act as a mentor to Sales Executive team members. Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. - Demonstrable success of selling, building winning relationships and building new business pipelines are essential. - High ethical standards and determination to succeed. - Communication skills: Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including C-level. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications. - Sales Experience: 7+ years experience carrying or directly supporting a quota. - Ability to travel 25-50% - Experience closing deals. - Computer skills: Proficient at common office/MS applications and personal computing - Professional Drive: must have a strong sense of urgency and accountability to generate new sales. - Technical Knowledge: Ability to articulate examples of learning technical products or solutions. - Abstract Reasoning: Ability to analyze, assess and address prospects needs within the context of our products and services - Diligence to Sales Process and utilizing actively sales tools (Salesforce, Meddpicc process) Desired Skills: - Previous sales experience within the financial technology industry - Experience targeting credit unions and banks for clients - Previous experience mentoring sales team members - Salesforce proficient The salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $150,000 + Commissions Cool Things to Know Not Just Any Company: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
