SoftExpert - Software for Excellence
• Lead the operational onboarding of partners: partner registrations, access provisioning, onboarding paths, operational rules, and activation checklist; • Manage and evolve PRM/Portal governance: workflows, forms, documentation, knowledge base, SLAs, and operational support for the team and partners; • Ensure data hygiene and standardization across the ecosystem: partner records, tier, specialty/offers, territory, owners, status, and key dates; • Run recurring program routines: QBR packs, executive reports, cadences (monthly/quarterly), and tracking outstanding items by stakeholder; • Ensure process compliance: contracts, approvals, evidence, and end-to-end traceability; • Drive continuous operational improvement: templates, checklists, validations, automations, and monitoring of operational KPIs; • Support the Alliances leadership with visibility and governance: dashboards, reports, and analyses for decision-making;
Job Requirements
- Experience in operations (Partner Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, CS Ops, or Commercial Operations) in a B2B context;
- Experience with processes and governance: defining workflows, SLAs, checklists, documentation, and standardization;
- Experience with CRM and/or PRM/Portal (fields, rules, workflows, reports, and update routines);
- Advanced/Fluent English (required) for written and oral communication with global partners and stakeholders (documentation, trainings, cadences, and QBRs);
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail (data quality, consistency, and traceability);
- Clear and concise communication to guide internal teams and partners on processes and rules;

As an onX Geospatial Data Operations Specialist, you will provide support for our core data types that power the suite of onX mobile apps. You will manually curate data in support of ongoing improvements to map content quality and coverage.
