Key performance objectives - Drive alignment: Ensure clear, consistent communication among the field, corporate teams, and the Head of Market. - Enable leadership effectiveness: Optimize the Head of Market’s daily operations to reduce friction, increase efficiency, and enable focus on strategic priorities. - Proactive market support: Anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that contribute to market growth and elevated operational standards. - Enhance execution excellence: Deliver flawless execution across events, operations, and team support functions. Performance accountabilities Operational leadership & execution - Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across the Canadian market. - Proactively manage and prioritize executive support for the Head of Market, including scheduling, travel, and strategic meeting coordination. - Drive cross-functional alignment by effectively collaborating with internal departments and external partners. - Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive and non-routine information. - Deliver high-quality communications and documentation that support business clarity and decision-making. Event strategy & delivery (internal & field) - Own and execute the full event lifecycle, focusing on quality, efficiency, and budget adherence. - Ensure all contractual, logistical, and operational components are delivered to a high standard. - Deliver well-organized, high-impact events that enhance field engagement and brand standards. - Ensure all logistics—from vendor management to execution—are handled seamlessly with attention to detail. - Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure flawless event delivery. HR coordination & team enablement - Support the successful rollout and adoption of corporate HR initiatives within the local market. - Facilitate hiring processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely and effective execution. - Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support to employee inquiries. - Contribute to a positive team environment by effectively executing and coordinating internal events. Inventory & operational accuracy - Maintain accurate inventory visibility and proactively identify and address potential gaps. - Ensure alignment between operational needs and inventory availability to support events and field activities. Ambassador experience - Provide timely, solutions-focused support to Ambassadors, reinforcing trust and brand standards. - Act as a reliable, professional point of contact to enhance overall field satisfaction.
