• Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions. • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management. • Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls. • Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce. • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions. • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements. • Assist with tickets as needed.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator. Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred.
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
- Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a "single source of truth" for the wider team.
- Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting.

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce with 500+ users • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, company reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades • Manage integrations with our Salesforce instance; including Outreach, Zendesk, Docusign, and other tools • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests • Work with the Revenue Operations team to support administrative, development, and change management activities • Develop and implement a platform governance strategy and related tactics • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
• Partner with the Sr. Director and Minnesota Senior Leadership Team to design and implement the annual Arc of the Year plan, ensuring alignment with statewide goals and priorities. • Coordinate workflows and priorities across departments and regions to support program delivery, adjusting strategies as needed to remain responsive to changing conditions. • Translate organizational vision into actionable strategies and support Senior Managers in building work plans that drive member enrollment, retention of members/partners/funders, and overall program impact. • Serve as a connector between the Senior Leadership Team, Senior Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication of goals, expectations, and priorities. • Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, agendas, and visits from state, private, and federal funders or local stakeholders. • Represent the department with key stakeholders at meetings and events, ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability across teams. • Supervise assigned staff and project teams, providing coaching, direction, and resources to promote leadership, collaboration, and a culture of excellence. • Establish and track key metrics (recruitment, retention, satisfaction, site partnership quality), using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and report outcomes to the Senior Director and leadership team.
