• Administering and optimizing ZipHQ as the primary system administrator, managing configurations, user access, and system integrity to support a seamless Procure-to-Pay experience • Identifying opportunities for process improvement across Procurement Operations, independently proposing solutions and project managing execution from ideation through completion • Creating and maintaining comprehensive Procure-to-Pay enablement resources, including user guides, training materials, and SOPs that drive employee adoption and compliance • Tracking and reporting on P2P metrics, proactively surfacing trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement to Procurement leadership • Owning the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring timely setup in ZipHQ and compliance with Procurement policy • Developing, maintaining, and communicating Procurement policies and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and compliance across the organization • Supporting internal controls and audit readiness by ensuring P2P processes meet compliance requirements and documentation remains current and accessible

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay, or a similar operational role
  • Hands-on experience as a ZipHQ system administrator (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify process inefficiencies, develop solutions, and manage execution through to completion
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, interpreting, and reporting procurement metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development

JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for supporting procurement operations by sourcing and ordering parts from dealerships, processing payments, and ensuring timely communication between suppliers and internal teams.
