Your Mission: - Process Improvement and Standardization - Continual improvement and operational excellence across NavieGo Operations teams and processes to enhance quality and efficiency. - Develop and maintain a workflow standardization framework to align with program changes and patient treatment journeys. - Manage the team to standardize program workflows, system infrastructure & functionality, and program templates & forms to enable the operational excellence of our programs at NavieGo. - Project Oversight and Collaboration - Oversees tracking and reporting of progress on operational projects and initiatives. - Lead the operationalization of all new program implementations and existing portfolio expansions through effective collaboration with Project Managers, Business Development, and Program Management. - Identify market differentiators and innovative solutions to support best-in- class workflow development. - Quality Integration - Leverage workflow data and performance reports to drive operational excellence from Quality Incident Report (QIR) findings. - Partner with Quality Assurance to implement necessary changes to work instructions and processes. - Systems Transition and Implementation - Translate acquired knowledge and expertise to support the development and implementation of new platforms and tools. - Ensure a seamless transition between legacy systems and newly implemented technology solutions. - Leadership Responsibilities: - Provides clear direction, sets measurable goals, and holds team members accountable for performance and results. - Coaches, develops, and supports team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development planning. - Fosters a high-performing, inclusive team culture that aligns with company values and business objectives. - Additional Responsibilities: - Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements; and Other duties as required. What You Bring to the Table: - Education: - Completion of a bachelorâs degree program is an asset. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considerations. - Candidates with professional designations such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar, are an asset. - Experience: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, patient support program or associated fields. - Demonstrable experience in project management or project coordination with a focus on efficiencies and process improvements. - Tangible experience in presenting complex information to a diverse group of individuals, including executives, professionals and administrative team members. - Exceptional performance management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing client service requirements. - Proven ability to resolve issues effectively, efficiently and with minimal noise. - Skills: - Strong leadership skills and a high level of self-motivation. - Demonstrable aptitudes in working with a team of individuals with different skills and backgrounds. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and competent reporting and trending data, including building PowerPoint presentations. - Driven by a compassionate approach and passion for âpatient firstâ service delivery. - English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization. - Core Competencies: You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project.
