Senior Partner Acquisition Marketing Manager

• Define and lead acquisition strategy • Define Sherweb’s go-to-market strategy for new partner acquisition • Identify target audiences, opportunities and growth priorities • Ensure all acquisition efforts are aligned with business objectives • Own acquisition performance • Be accountable for pipeline growth, partner quality and acquisition results • Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on insights and outcomes • Ensure success is measured based on meaningful business impact • Drive roadmap and prioritization • Own and manage the acquisition roadmap • Prioritize initiatives based on impact and business value • Make trade-offs across competing opportunities • Guide campaigns and programs • Partner with Growth Marketing Managers to shape campaigns and initiatives • Provide direction and guardrails to ensure alignment with acquisition goals • Ensure consistency across channels without owning execution • Improve conversion and partner activation • Define how prospects move from awareness to becoming active partners • Identify gaps in conversion and onboarding • Set direction to improve activation and engagement • Align cross-functional teams • Work closely with marketing, sales, product and partner teams • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on acquisition priorities • Help drive decisions forward and remove blockers

Job Requirements

  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth or product marketing
  • Strong experience defining go-to-market strategies
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes and growth initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize, make decisions and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud or partner ecosystems (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working in cross-functional or squad-based environments (Nice to Have)
