Overview Area Vice President, Absence & Productivity Consulting is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategies for absence, productivity, life & disability solutions, and leading the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role will focus on delivering tailored solutions to clients, and positioning Gallagher as a market leader in absence and productivity consulting. The Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of innovative, cost-effective, and impactful solutions. How you'll make an impact Revenue Growth: · Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in absence and productivity consulting services. · Identify and pursue business opportunities, leveraging Gallagher’s existing client base and market presence. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners to expand market share. · Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine service offerings. Strategy Development for Absence & Productivity Solutions: · Lead the development and implementation of innovative absence and productivity solutions tailored to client needs. · Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance products that address employee health, wellbeing, and productivity challenges. · Provide thought leadership and insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in absence management and productivity. · Ensure alignment of absence and productivity strategies with Gallagher’s broader organizational goals and client objectives. RFP Oversight: · Oversee the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for absence and productivity services. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, customized, and competitive proposals. · Ensure timely and accurate submission of RFPs, addressing client-specific requirements and demonstrating Gallagher’s value proposition. · Track and analyze RFP outcomes to identify areas for improvement and enhance future responses. Client Engagement & Consulting: · Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on absence and productivity challenges. · Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs and develop tailored recommendations to improve employee wellbeing and organizational performance. · Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate clients on absence and productivity solutions. Team Collaboration: · Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to drive business objectives. · Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and alignment across teams. · Partner with colleagues across regions and functions to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. · Represent Gallagher at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. Implementation Oversight: · Oversee the implementation of absence, productivity, life, and disability solutions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client objectives. · Oversee cross-functional teams, including internal resources and external vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience. Preferred: · Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in absence management, productivity consulting, or related fields. · Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies. · Strong expertise in absence and productivity solutions, including regulatory compliance and industry best practices. · Experience managing RFP processes and developing winning proposals. · Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. · Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with organizational goals. · Business Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and revenue growth strategies. · Client Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients. · Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results. · Innovation: Passion for developing creative solutions to complex challenges. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
