We value winning together—while learning, having fun, and making a profound difference for the dreamers and builders in the world. We want people who are passionate about building features that you and your peers will love. At DigitalOcean, we believe the cloud should be a springboard, not a barrier. As we enter the era of agentic AI, the complexity of infrastructure shouldn't stand in the way of innovation. We are looking for a visionary leader to own the evolution of our core compute platform—turning high-performance virtualization and specialized AI hardware into the "simple" experience our customers expect. This is a rare opportunity to architect the long-term roadmap for a global ecosystem that empowers millions of digital natives to build the future of AI. You can bridge the gap between deep-kernel engineering and high-level business strategy, making the complex simple for every stakeholder. - Growth Mindset: A desire to learn, an appetite for feedback, and a "leave it better than you found it" attitude. Compensation Range: - $279,200.00 - $349,000 *This is a remote role JR: 2026-7711 #LI-Remote Why You’ll Like Working for DigitalOcean - We innovate with purpose.
