• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows (marketing and sales automations) • Create and refine reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams • Build and manage audience lists and segmentation for campaigns • Maintain data hygiene and assist with CRM cleanup as needed • Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automations • Document processes and configurations

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot admin experience
  • Proficiency across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub (CS workspace)
  • Strong understanding of workflow logic, list segmentation, and custom reporting
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward clean, well-documented work
  • Responsive communicator who can work asynchronously
