• Access & Identity Management - Control employee systems onboarding and onboarding procedures via a third party authentication platform for all internal applications, troubleshoot access issues and maintain basic systems’ settings for optimal use. • Contribute to the installation, configuration, maintenance, security, administration and troubleshooting of the company’s systems, applications and business data in support of the business needs of the company. • Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise to align technology solutions with business needs. This includes resolving systems and application issues as well as architecting new solutions. The operating environment is fast-paced requiring strong prioritization and time management skills. • Work internal support cases related to access management and functional change requests in a variety of applications. • Keep stakeholders informed of all relevant updates (system enhancements, system upgrades, system outages, project updates, etc.) around applications, services, projects, initiatives • Documentation - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of applications, configurations and procedures to ensure consistency and assist in troubleshooting and training. • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity - Understand the processes and procedures to ensure data recovery and business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters. • Systems Compliance activities as assigned. • Contribute to the design and development of Enterprise Systems Team best practices and process improvements. • Identify new and emerging technologies and solutions that can benefit the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems OR 6 years IT-related experience in an enterprise setting
- Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, and a variety of other business software applications
- Experience implementing and managing SSO and SCIM integrations
- Experience working with and maintaining permission and access structures
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and software engineering practices/patterns/architecture
- Admin experience managing cloud-based corporate phone systems such as 8x8 and phone.com
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and transform large sets of data.
- Strong Technical Documentation Skills
- Excellent oral communication, listening, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Willingness to share knowledge with team members, superiors, and users
- Ability to listen to users in a courteous and friendly manner, acknowledge the reality of their problems, translate their descriptions into technical terms, fix the problems, and explain the solutions in terms the users can understand
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other employees of the organization
- Strong personal work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and as a part of a collaborative team.
- The desire to work on a variety of creative projects to improve IT systems
- Ability to work remotely during standard EST/EDT business hours.
