• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to improve end-to-end product delivery operations, including planning, execution, and delivery tracking. • Support roadmap and portfolio execution by establishing clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, and progress visibility. • Drive quarterly and annual planning processes, improving how teams translate strategy into achievable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. • Improve ways of working across teams by reinforcing effective Scrum practices (e.g., sprint planning, backlog health, retrospectives, iteration goals) while adapting approach to team maturity and context. • Identify operational friction and implement AI-first process improvements that reduce ambiguity, shorten feedback loops, and increase delivery predictability. • Define and socialize a lightweight set of delivery health metrics and reporting mechanisms that support decision-making without creating overhead. • Use Jira to support consistent execution (e.g., clean intake, clear work definitions, reporting views), and partner with tooling owners/admins as needed to improve configurations and usage patterns. • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring teams have shared understanding of scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. • Create documentation, templates, and playbooks that enable consistency and scale across the Product Development organization.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Development Operations or similar roles within a SaaS company.
- Experience supporting product development life cycles and cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Demonstrated success leading quarterly and annual planning processes, including roadmap operationalization and execution tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum and agile delivery practices, with the ability to coach or guide teams toward pragmatic, effective execution.
- Experience using Jira to manage and track work (boards, backlogs, workflows, reporting), with the ability to drive consistent adoption and operational hygiene.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning ambiguous problems into structured plans and scalable processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority.

What You’ll Do: As a Research Operations Manager at NinjaTrader, you will join a team delivering strategic insights that inform mission-critical decisions across the organization. Your ReOpsleadership and your experience implementing systems, standards, and tools to improve research processes will amplify the efficiency and capacity of NinjaTrader’s researchers. This is an impactful role that will influence the shape of NinjaTrader for years to come. In this role, you will: - Design efficient research workflows and processes by evaluating current research operations from project intake through delivery and building repeatable systems that reduce friction - Ensure research practices adhere to company standards, including regulatory and compliance requirements as well as internal best practices for brand voice and participant experience - Build and manage a customer research panel, including platform onboarding, recruitment strategy, and governance of contact frequency - Manage day-to-day research logistics by supporting study setup, launch, monitoring, and troubleshooting while coordinating access to the research panel What you'll need: - At least 5 years of experience in research operations, panel management, or the operational or project management side of market research - A proven track record of building a research operations function from the ground up - Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research project workflows - Working or conceptual knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, especially sampling and study design - Strong organizational and project management skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of varying research experience levels - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings clarity to ambiguous situations - Low ego, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative work ethic Bonus Points For: - Experience building a customer research panel - Familiarity with CRM-based participant workflows - Background in fintech, financial services, or trading platforms - Knowledge of the ResearchOps landscape, including frameworks like the Eight Pillars of User Research or Nielsen Norman Group’s Six Core Components Compensation: The salary range for this role will be $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD. • Monitor and manage incoming signing orders; review details and special instructions for accuracy and completeness. • Keep order records up to date as changes occur throughout the signing lifecycle. • Apply independent judgment to anticipate potential issues and ensure orders progress smoothly at every stage. • Oversee automated notary assignment and take manual action on hard-to-fill orders, including direct outreach and incentive adjustments when appropriate. • Collaborate with customers to identify flexibility and meet performance targets for assignment speed and fulfillment. • Respond promptly to inbound communications from customers and notaries, providing clear and professional updates. • Escalate urgent matters appropriately and coordinate resolution efforts with internal Support and cross-functional teams. • Make outbound calls to resolve time-sensitive issues quickly and effectively. • Proactively identify risks and intervene to prevent delays or disruptions to the signing experience. • Deliver a positive customer experience even in high-pressure situations.
• Provides clinical and operational leadership for build, maintenance, submission, and updating of formularies and drug lists • Ensures accuracy of formularies and utilization management (UM) criteria in the Centralized Formulary System • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other departments to operationalize formularies • Perform formulary analysis to ensure operational flow • Develop measurements and plans to improve overall process improvements and efficiency • Create formulary management process and training documentation • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals
