Responsibilities - Coordinate, execute, and monitor project timelines across multiple training programs and initiatives, ensuring clear communication of milestones and deliverables. - Provide administrative and project support for Field Campaign Academy, All Onboard for Fundraisers, Consultant Certification, Corporate Market Boot Camps, and School Engagement trainings. - Manage shared national email inboxes (e.g., ahadevcom, ahabrainshark), serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, communications, and participant support. - Serve as liaison with the Center for Development Operations (CDO) and internal partners to support performance dashboards, completion tracking, reporting, and bi‑annual Fall / Spring transition processes. - Coordinate participant communications, including pre‑work distribution, training updates, and achievement or completion notifications. - Manage calendars and scheduling for trainings and events, including reminders, meeting holds, bookings, and room or virtual platform reservations. - Coordinate training and event logistics and act as meetings department liaison, including catering, lodging, transportation, supplies, room setup, printing, onsite support, technology coordination, and security. - Provide learning management system (LMS) and Brainshark administration, including inbox management, staff technical support, registrations, surveys, reporting, completion tracking, and scheduled system audits. - Utilize internal and vendor systems accurately and efficiently (e.g., Qualtrics, Brainshark, Heart U LMS, Microsoft Forms, Tableau, Oracle or similar platforms) to support projects, documentation, and reporting. - Process and track contracts, invoices, payments, budget documentation, cost functionalization analysis, and inventory management. - Manage multiple concurrent projects, proactively tracking progress, resolving roadblocks, and maintaining accountability across teams. - Maintain accurate records and data to support compliance and internal reporting. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. - Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or project coordination experience - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and virtual meeting platforms - Ability to travel 10% of the time to annual onsite meetings at the National Center Compensation & Benefits The expected pay range will be $55,000-$60,000.
