• Design and implement AI agents, including Retrieval (RAG), Orchestration workflows, Tool/function invocation, Policy-based routing • Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, and reliability • Implement observability and monitoring for agent lifecycle • Integrate with AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex, open-source models) • Build abstraction layers to support multi-model and multi-provider architectures • Optimize model usage for performance, cost, and latency • Develop scalable services using Microservices architecture, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Serverless and event-driven patterns • Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Helm) • Ensure production readiness, logging, monitoring, and fault tolerance

• Lead and implement the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module; • Act as a technical and functional reference on projects related to PPM/SPM; • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions; • Configure and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform; • Develop scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.); • Create and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs (REST/SOAP); • Implement and optimize financial management features in SPM, including planning, monitoring, and cost control; • Work with cost models, budgets, forecasts and allocation of financial resources; • Manage and configure Investment Funding, including defining funding sources, allocating funds and ensuring investment traceability; • Support financial governance focused on CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring visibility and control of investments; • Develop financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making; • Ensure development best practices and governance on the platform; • Support the definition of solution architecture and the evolutionary roadmap; • Perform code reviews and mentor more junior professionals; • Participate in workshops, trainings and client presentations.

• Design, develop, and maintain features in Collabrix’s SaaS product suite using technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, relational databases, and cloud platforms. • Apply AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity, code quality, and testing. • Contribute to building enterprise-grade systems with high performance, scalability, and security. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn requirements into working software. • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and testing cycles. • Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. • Document technical designs and maintain knowledge-sharing practices.

• Create and maintain robust, secure APIs and communication services between multiple platforms and systems (modern and legacy). • Read, investigate, and interpret third-party technical documentation, breaking down requirements and translating business rules into elegant integration solutions. • Actively collaborate in designing integration flows and system architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience in data exchange. • Ensure technical excellence of deliveries through the application of Clean Code, design patterns, and automated testing. • Create and maintain clear, concise technical analysis artifacts that serve as guides and references for the team and partner areas. • Support the team through rigorous code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous alignment with business areas and stakeholders (technical and non-technical). • Actively use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Gemini) to boost productivity, support complex analyses, and accelerate routine development.
