• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines on Zoho Recruit • Track candidates across different stages of the hiring process • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates • Support job postings and basic LinkedIn updates • Help organize and streamline hiring workflows and records
• Design, develop, and maintain features in Collabrix’s SaaS product suite using technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, relational databases, and cloud platforms. • Apply AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity, code quality, and testing. • Contribute to building enterprise-grade systems with high performance, scalability, and security. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn requirements into working software. • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and testing cycles. • Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. • Document technical designs and maintain knowledge-sharing practices.
• Own the pre-sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, demos, technical validation and deal support • Lead detailed discovery discussions to understand client workflows, systems, and pain points • Design and present tailored, use-case-driven product demonstrations • Translate client requirements into structured solution approaches and workflows • Identify gaps, edge cases, and implementation considerations early in the sales cycle • Handle client queries across functional and technical areas, including integrations and data flows • Support creation of solution documents, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses • Partner with Sales on deal strategy, positioning, and stakeholder engagement • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure feasibility and alignment • Ensure that proposed solutions are realistic and can be successfully delivered post-sale
• Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEF/W). • Build and maintain OData services to support application and integration requirements. • Support and enhance Purchase Order (PO) processes and related MM functionalities. • Develop and support SAP integrations using PI/PO, RFCs, IDocs, and APIs. • Work with inbound and outbound ABAP proxies and manage proxy-based communication. • Monitor, analyze, and resolve interface and integration issues. • Perform debugging, performance analysis, and code optimization. • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation in line with SAP best practices. • Contribute to code quality, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
