• Installing, monitoring, and upgrading UNIX system software. • Provide support for on-premise and Cloud based systems. • Creating and maintaining UNIX user accounts and access management systems. • Creating and setting standardized backup and recovery policies, as well as security policies. • Applying patches and upgrades in accordance with agreed upon schedules. • Resolution of hardware/software platform problems in complex, multi-layered environments. • Analyzing impact of software changes across other functional units. • Maintaining space utilization statistics, forecast future space requirements. • Establish, implement, and record Unix Administrator best practices. • Implementing and managing systems to proactively monitor infrastructure. • Making recommendations for upgrades to hardware and software based on existing operations, pending needs and available budget. • Recognize trends and issues; foresee any upcoming risks, identify existing risks and take necessary measures to eliminate them. • Function as Level / Tier III support for analyzing, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions related to Unix OS technical problems. • Actively involved with third parties engaged in to ensure acceptable quality of service delivery and, prevent information security incidents. • Establish relationships with third-party vendors to facilitate the timely release and distribution of information on infrastructure product security issues and patches.

• Design and implement workforce IAM solutions using SailPoint and/or Okta IGA, including lifecycle, access requests, certifications, and role models. • Build and maintain custom integrations and workflows using APIs, connectors, and event-driven automation. • Implement and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities such as vaulting, JIT access, and session controls. • Develop and maintain production-quality code primarily in Python (Kotlin a strong plus) to extend IAM platforms. • Partner with security, IT, and engineering teams to ensure IAM solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance requirements.

• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and verification of clinical and discrete chemistry analyzers in accordance with instrument/product manufacturers specifications. • Provide effective, timely communication and negotiation scheduling with the customer, partner. • Ensure effective and timely service and appropriate documentation is recorded through required processes. • Knowledgeable of safe operations and maintenance of the analyzers. • Maximize analyzer uptime and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. • Must be proficient with the use of customer management software to track service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks. • Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service to analyze, review and inspect findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action. • Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service in problem resolution with factory engineering, technical support, and other personnel to expedite repairs. • Assist with on boarding of new hires. • Utilize advanced skill and analytical techniques to plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and technical information systems within the VHA healthcare setting and apply human factors engineering methods to enhance outcomes. • Apply the latest advancements in human factors engineering, incorporating innovative research and industry best practices into product evaluations and design strategies. • Provide expert guidance and make thoughtful suggestions, including during cross functional team calls, reacting adeptly to client needs. • Champion human centered design, resilience engineering, and Safety-II concepts in daily work promoting systems level approaches. • Deliver comprehensive reviews of products and procedures to pinpoint areas for enhancement, offering recommendations for redesigns or adjustments to reduce any adverse effects on users. • Visualize and anticipate the effects of design changes on diverse user groups, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in all aspects of product development. • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to guide design choices and enhance operational effectiveness. • Identify potential risks associated with information system implementation and operation, developing and continuously improving strategies to mitigate risks and support program success. • Clearly convey human factors considerations to cross-functional (matrixed) teams through both formal and informal channels, facilitating collaboration and promoting shared understanding among all stakeholders. • Serve as a valued member of a geographically and professionally diverse team with a common goal. • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant standards and human factors engineering methods, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Demonstrate proficiency in SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices, driving value and operational excellence through the empowerment of high-performing Agile teams.
