About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales Agent with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and sales conversion for a part-time remote role. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, qualifying leads, and maintaining a strong pipeline while supporting agents to maximize revenue. Experience working in Legal, Medical, or Real Estate environments is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Make high-volume outbound calls (50–100 per day) to leads using CRM systems and follow up consistently. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine buying intent and readiness. - Schedule, track and follow up on demos for agents and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM. - Track lead conversion metrics and provide weekly performance reports. - Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging for higher conversions. - Continuously refine sales scripts and objection-handling techniques. - Build strong relationships with potential clients while reflecting professionalism and trustworthiness.
