Intermediate Coordinator, Logistics

Vibrantz Technologies Inc.

Role Description As the Logistics and Material Coordinator, reporting directly to the Logistics Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials between Vibrantz facilities. This position is responsible for: - Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. - Coordinating intercompany shipments. - Arranging transportation. - Supporting warehouse operations in collaboration with third-party providers. - Adhering to Vibrantz safety procedures and ensuring accuracy in inventory and ERP transactions. - Assisting in training warehouse staff and resolving shipment discrepancies. - Working closely with the ERP support team to troubleshoot and correct transaction errors. Success in this position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in materials management. - Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems. - General typing and data entry skills. Requirements - Follow and monitor safety policies as outlined in Vibrantz’s Safety Procedures. - Adhere to safety procedures and work instructions as recorded in the Vibrantz Procedures. - Review the status of inventory to ensure safe stacking and storage of materials. - Inspect pallets, bulk sacks, and paper bags for safe and proper storage conditions. - Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator to maintain and reconcile inventory accuracy within the ERP system. - Ensure accuracy in inventory transaction data entry and compilation. - Verify the accuracy of bills of lading and order completion documentation. - Assist in training employees on the proper completion of required shipping and inventory paperwork. - Monitor inventory levels and initiate order requests for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods being transferred between Vibrantz facilities. - Arrange transportation for all materials shipped between Vibrantz locations. - Support daily warehouse operations in coordination with third-party logistics providers. - Manage and execute special projects, as assigned by leadership. - Review open order and inventory position reports for inter-facility shipments. - Partner with the ERP support team to ensure accurate transaction processing; identify and resolve errors when necessary.
