Role Description As the Logistics and Material Coordinator, reporting directly to the Logistics Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials between Vibrantz facilities. This position is responsible for: - Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. - Coordinating intercompany shipments. - Arranging transportation. - Supporting warehouse operations in collaboration with third-party providers. - Adhering to Vibrantz safety procedures and ensuring accuracy in inventory and ERP transactions. - Assisting in training warehouse staff and resolving shipment discrepancies. - Working closely with the ERP support team to troubleshoot and correct transaction errors. Success in this position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in materials management. - Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems. - General typing and data entry skills. Requirements - Follow and monitor safety policies as outlined in Vibrantz’s Safety Procedures. - Adhere to safety procedures and work instructions as recorded in the Vibrantz Procedures. - Review the status of inventory to ensure safe stacking and storage of materials. - Inspect pallets, bulk sacks, and paper bags for safe and proper storage conditions. - Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator to maintain and reconcile inventory accuracy within the ERP system. - Ensure accuracy in inventory transaction data entry and compilation. - Verify the accuracy of bills of lading and order completion documentation. - Assist in training employees on the proper completion of required shipping and inventory paperwork. - Monitor inventory levels and initiate order requests for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods being transferred between Vibrantz facilities. - Arrange transportation for all materials shipped between Vibrantz locations. - Support daily warehouse operations in coordination with third-party logistics providers. - Manage and execute special projects, as assigned by leadership. - Review open order and inventory position reports for inter-facility shipments. - Partner with the ERP support team to ensure accurate transaction processing; identify and resolve errors when necessary. Job Function Reporting into the Direct Sales Manager, the Foundry Technical Sales Representative will be based out of Remote and will be responsible for North American foundry sales functions, primarily working with distributors and small to medium sized accounts to grow market share. The Foundry Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for customer sales, forecasting and technical service activities at Vibrantz for accounts assigned by the sales manager. They will coordinate all customer interaction for assigned accounts with manufacturing, customer service, and laboratory support group, and guide technical and sales activities for the specified sales accounts. Responsibilities - Direct assigned sales accounts daily/weekly activities. - Implement short-term and long-term account planning. - Coordinate technical service and productivity improvement assistance for customer accounts to meet product performance expectations. - Coordinate customer requests to the best use of internal Vibrantz resources. - Coordinate new product requests of customers with technical and sales management. - Implement marketing, profitability, cost saving and growth strategy for the sales accounts. - Represent Vibrantz for customer accounts and be the direct point of communication. - Reports: Timely submission of sales update, customer usage report, sales forecast, expense reports, service lab requests, customer complaints, etc. - This is a remote position; candidates must have access to or live near a major airport.
