Role Description Seeking a Supply Chain internship on the Utilization team for Summer 2026. The intern will be exposed to supply-demand management, inventory analysis, order fulfillment, and customer management. This position is for a detail-oriented individual that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Will also work with cross-functional groups such as Logistics, Sales and Operations Planning, Production, Warehouse teams and others. This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in downtown Boulder, CO and remotely. The tentative dates are May 2024 to September 2024 and are flexible. This is a paid internship. - Assist with a wide variety of inventory and inventory control functions - Assist with forecasting and supply planning process improvements - Assist in monitoring inter-warehouse transportation shipments while balancing service and cost using the transportation management system - Assist with period reporting - Apply business acumen and classroom knowledge to assist with projects - Other duties to be assigned Qualifications - Excellent customer service ability, foresight and strong communication skills required - Ability to write concise and complete memos, procedural documentation and emails - Participate in team projects and staff meetings - Performs assigned duties both independently and as a member of a team Requirements - Must be able to sit for extended periods of time - Be able to bend, stoop, kneel or crawl - Reach, grasp and lift up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally Benefits - Office in Boulder, CO - Casual dress environment

POSITION SUMMARY: The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, system integrity, and operational consistency within warehouse operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on inventory processes, warehouse systems, and client workflows, supporting both internal teams and customers through data analysis, process improvement, and issue resolution. The Inventory Control Specialist operates as a key operational resource, driving standardization, leading problem resolution, and ensuring service excellence across warehouse locations.
