SAP Digital Supply Chain Lead – CI Lead
DyFlex Solutions
• Lead and manage the Customer Innovations (AMS) team for SAP Digital Supply Chain • Own the operational excellence of AMS services including SLA performance, incident management, enhancements and releases • Act as the primary escalation point for key Digital Supply Chain customers • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership • Drive a proactive support mindset, identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation and innovation beyond break‑fix support • Oversee and continuously improve support processes, governance and delivery standards • Collaborate closely with delivery, pre‑sales and SAP counterparts to ensure seamless handover from projects into AMS • Shape continuous improvement roadmaps aligned to customer goals and SAP innovation capabilities • Support renewals, upsell and cross‑sell initiatives by identifying additional value opportunities within existing customers • Lead, mentor and develop AMS consultants, fostering capability growth and knowledge sharing across the team • Contribute to the evolution of DyFlex’s Digital Supply Chain AMS offering, assets and accelerators
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading SAP AMS / support teams, ideally within a consulting or SAP partner environment
- Strong functional knowledge across SAP Digital Supply Chain, such as Planning (IBP, PP/DS), Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement or Order‑to‑Cash
- Experience owning customer relationships with accountability for service quality, outcomes and satisfaction
- Solid understanding of S/4HANA Cloud and integrated supply chain processes
- Demonstrated ability to balance BAU support stability with innovation and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Experience with ITIL‑aligned support models, governance, and SLA‑driven delivery highly regarded
- Commercial awareness, including experience supporting renewals or identifying growth opportunities
- SAP certifications or formal SAP training highly regarded
- A coaching mindset with a passion for developing people and high‑performing teams
