• Collaborate with internal teams and end users to determine technical requirements (e.g., authentication, SIS integration). • Assess and propose technical solutions tailored to customer needs and constraints. • Provide ongoing technical consultation and assistance for both internal and external partners, including best practices and process improvements. • Pilot and test middleware solutions to streamline data transfer between customer data sources and Canvas. • Own the delivery of solutions from planning through execution. • Document processes thoroughly and maintain up-to-date records for all projects. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and efficiently, both in writing and orally. • Develop custom tools to enhance team workflows and productivity. • Minimize Instructure’s risk exposure through careful management of technical integrations and configurations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementations or technical support roles.
- Solid understanding of identity provider authentication systems (e.g., CAS, SAML, LDAP, OAuth).
- Experience working with APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness and capability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Some experience with a programming language is strongly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage shifting priorities and timelines.
- Experience in higher education or K-12 sectors is preferred.

As an MRI Technologist, you are responsible for patient safety and the performance of high-quality MR studies, on site and/ or remote. Ensures effective communication with Radiologist, team members, patients, and customers for those who work in the mobile environment. When required, trains, and orients new technologists, Patient Coordinators and/or MR Technologist Assistants. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for Patient Safety, including pre-screening for contra-indications, aseptic injection technique and may require remote MR Technologists Assistant oversite. - Produces high quality diagnostic images.
