Strategic Partner Manager, Wearables itD is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager, Wearables to lead and manage high-impact partnerships at the intersection of AI and wearable devices. This role is critical in driving partnership strategy, execution, and growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative product experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in partner management within consumer electronics or technology industries and a proven track record of executing complex deals, launching products, and driving measurable business outcomes. Location: Onsite – New York, NY (Remote candidates in EST time zone may be considered) Duration: 8 Months Pay Rate: $62.86-$70.97 hourly (based on experience) We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities - Lead and manage strategic partnerships with external wearable device partners, ensuring successful execution of agreements and long-term value creation - Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and operations teams to support product launches and partnership initiatives - Develop and execute partnership strategies from deal structuring through product launch and growth phases - Analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership - Facilitate executive-level communications, including leading partner meetings, escalations, and strategic reviews - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning on shared objectives - Identify risks and proactively manage escalations while uncovering opportunities through partner landscape analysis Internal Responsibilities - Attend regular internal practice community meetings - Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership - Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material) - Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice - Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) - Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities Required Qualifications and Skills - 8+ years of experience in partner-facing roles within technology or consumer electronics industries - Proven experience managing complex partnerships and deal execution - Strong program and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams - Experience leading product launch planning and execution - Ability to interpret legal agreements and collaborate with legal teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach - Excellent communication skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders Preferred Qualifications and Skills - MBA or advanced degree - Experience in consumer electronics, wearables, or device partnerships - Background in consulting or strategic partnerships - Strong technical aptitude or interest in AI and emerging technologies - Experience managing global partnerships and willingness to travel Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required Company Description About itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results. Description The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking a Remote Extended Business Office (EBO) Manager to join our fast-growing teams! As an EBO Manager you would manage the performance, workflow, activity, standard of service, and revenue deliverables of the entire EBO Department. The EBO Manager oversees the work of the EBO Supervisor Group, prepares and adheres to the department budget, and works to set goals for the department and its staff.
