DESCRIPTION DU POSTE : En tant que Testeur QA, vous serez le gardien de la qualité de la plateforme de notre client. Votre mission est de vous assurer que chaque fonctionnalité livrée en production soit conforme aux attentes, performante, sécurisée et exempte de bugs. Vous ne serez pas un simple "cliqueur" ; vous serez un véritable analyste, capable de concevoir une stratégie de test pertinente, de collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs pour comprendre les aspects techniques, et de défendre l'expérience utilisateur à chaque étape. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la fiabilisation de notre plateforme e-commerce, en réduisant les risques liés aux mises en production et en contribuant directement à la satisfaction de nos clients. Ce poste est une opportunité unique de mettre en place les fondations d'une culture QA robuste au sein d'une structure en pleine évolution. RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES: • Stratégie de test : élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de test pour le projet, en couvrant les différents niveaux : tests fonctionnels, tests de régression, tests de performance et tests de compatibilité (navigateurs, appareils). • Conception et rédaction : rédiger des plans de test et des cas de test détaillés à partir des spécifications fonctionnelles et des user stories. • Exécution des tests : exécuter les campagnes de tests manuels de manière rigoureuse et méthodique avant chaque mise en production. • Gestion des anomalies : identifier, documenter précisément et suivre les anomalies dans un outil de ticketing (comme Jira). Travailler avec les développeurs pour s'assurer de leur bonne compréhension et de leur résolution. • Tests de régression : maintenir et exécuter un catalogue de tests de régression pour garantir que les nouvelles fonctionnalités n'impactent pas l'existant. • Automatisation (à terme) : participer à l'identification des cas de test candidats à l'automatisation et, selon le profil, contribuer à la mise en place d'un framework de tests automatisés. • Collaboration : intégrer une équipe agile et collaborer au quotidien avec le chef de projet et les développeurs pour garantir une compréhension partagée de la qualité. QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPETENCES: • Expérience avérée : au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire de testeur QA, idéalement dans un environnement web et/ou e-commerce. • Méthodologie : excellente connaissance des concepts et des méthodologies de test logiciel (ISTQB est un plus).
