• Drive sales and business development across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark • Meet with customers in the field and hold meetings with customers after normal business hours • Maintain relationships with our valued end customers and channel partners • Ensure a balanced Prospect and Sales Lead driven database, managed through our CRM, Sales Force database • Build confidence to secure new business • Ensure strong technical support for both our Account Managers and customers by being involved in all aspects of Pre-sales activities and maintaining a close partnership with our Customer Care Team • Have total Responsibility for the achievement of the sales quota in a defined Territory and Vertical market customer base.
Job Requirements
- Technical qualification is required, electrical engineering is preferred
- Ideally 5+ years proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial market
- Proven skills associated with selling to multiple types of customers
- Knowledge of DC power systems and their integration with cooling solutions
- Great abilities to negotiate and collaborate, both internally and externally, in a diplomatic manner.
- Ability to develop positive relationships in the assigned account markets to assess trends/conditions, and translate these into opportunities to deliver value according to timelines given.
- You are a strong communicator with abilities to present your views in a clear and compelling manner to deliver effective presentations or proposals!
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM program
- Advanced English language skills.

This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on developing new business within large, complex commercial environments while also expanding existing client relationships.
