• Own the inbound pipeline: respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences), reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision. • Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world. • Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team. • Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours. • Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time. • Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role.
- Excellent written and spoken English - you are often the first impression we make.
- Systems fluency: you pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look.
- A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations are not trivial, and the right person finds that interesting, not intimidating.
- Strong organizational instincts: you manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads.
- Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably.
