Inbound Sales Development Representative
FLOWX.AIHelping financial services build unbounded from legacy technology limitations.
FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale. We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies. Mission We are building something genuinely new in enterprise AI - not pilots, not demos, but production-grade agentic systems running in some of the most regulated industries in the world. We need a sharp, curious Inbound SDR who will be the first person a potential customer talks to, and who takes that seriously. This is not a script-reading role - you will be expected to understand what we do well enough to qualify leads thoughtfully, connect the dots between a prospect's problem and our platform, and hand off conversations that are actually ready to close. What you will do on a daily basis - Own the inbound pipeline: respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences), reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision. - Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world. - Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team. - Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours. - Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time. - Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership. Very likely you can be successful if you have - 1–3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role. - Excellent written and spoken English - you are often the first impression we make. - Systems fluency: you pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look. - A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations are not trivial, and the right person finds that interesting, not intimidating. - Strong organizational instincts: you manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads. - Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably. Nice to have - Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI. - Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.). - Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation. - Additional European languages beyond English. What's in it for you - Every enterprise deal starts with one conversation - you're the person who decides whether it goes somewhere, with real visibility into deals and real input into how we talk about the product. - Join a platform already in production at major financial institutions and insurers across Europe and the US, at the stage where we're scaling — not figuring out if it works. - Competitive compensation with an early-stage equity package. - Work alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI. - Collaborative, fast-paced culture with real room to grow as the team scales. Location: Remote/US
