With exposure to modern PHP frameworks, React, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, this contract provides hands‑on experience on impactful projects, flexibility through remote or hybrid working, and the chance to influence technical direction during a critical platform evolution.  Your key responsibilities as a Senior Developer will include:  - Designing, building, and maintaining backend services using PHP as the primary stack, alongside React and JavaScript for front‑end components  - Rapidly onboarding onto existing systems and codebases to become productive within the first few days of the engagement  - Developing and deploying cloud‑native applications on Microsoft Azure and supporting containerization initiatives on Kubernetes  - Collaborating with DevOps engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines and support the transition from VM‑based deployments to containerized environments  - Applying established software design patterns to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions  - Working closely with platform, product, and architecture teams to align technical delivery with business objectives   You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Developer:  - You bring extensive hands‑on experience developing applications in modern PHP, ideally using Symfony or similar MVC frameworks  - You have strong expertise in object‑oriented design, software design patterns, and writing clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code  - You are comfortable working across backend and frontend technologies, including RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and React  - You have practical experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes  - You confidently leverage AI‑assisted development tools to rapidly understand existing systems and accelerate delivery     Apply today for immediate consideration and we will endeavour to get back to you within 5 working days.
