• Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks tailored to HR use cases (e.g., talent acquisition, employee experience & engagement, workforce analytics, learning & development, people operations, etc.). • Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow. • Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across HR technologies. • Monitor AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias. Support ongoing tuning and optimization. • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine functional and technical requirements into build-ready specifications, use case definitions, and technical designs into working solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, preferably in HR or related domains, (e.g HRIS, CRM, ERP, case management).
- Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems (e.g HCM, CRM, FIN ERP, LMS, case management, etc.).
- Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI, etc.)
- Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent memory, and MCP (model context protocol).
- Proficiency building secure REST and SOAP APIs and other system integration experience (OAuth, authentication, integration patterns, etc.).
- Familiarity with RPA, workflow automation, orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and data engineering.
