Telecommunications Analyst
Venn Telecom
• Design and size RF (radio frequency) links for private 4G/5G networks with satellite (LEO) backhaul and terrestrial integrations • Conduct coverage, interference and capacity planning studies • Support deployment and configuration of equipment (antennas, modems, routers and CCTV systems) • Perform performance and connectivity analysis and troubleshooting • Monitor quality indicators (latency, jitter, throughput, availability) • Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards (ANATEL) • Coordinate with field teams, NOC and corporate clients • Support technical pre-sales in building customized solutions for B2B clients • Prepare technical documentation, reports and network diagrams
Job Requirements
- Technical English required
- Experience with radio frequency (RF) and wireless networks
- Knowledge of IP networks (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, QoS)
- Experience with satellite technology (strong differential: LEO, such as Starlink)
- Experience with private 4G/5G network technologies
- Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools
- Knowledge of CCTV solutions (IP cameras, VMS, network infrastructure)
- Familiarity with ANATEL regulations
- Preferably experience with private corporate networks (e.g., mining, agribusiness, energy)
- Desirable certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP or similar)
- Experience with connectivity projects in remote areas
- Knowledge of link dimensioning and spectrum analysis

Job Description: Job Summary The Omnichannel Customer Service Sr. Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing strategies to create a seamless cross-channel customer service experience for our customers, with the opportunity to implement strategies leveraging AI solutions. This role integrates advanced AI technologies to enhance customer interactions across multiple channels (customer and internal facing), ensuring a cohesive and superior customer experience. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate solutions that enhance customer interactions and streamline internal processes. Key Responsibilities - Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to create a seamless omnichannel customer service experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $7,220 monthly in our lowest geographic market up to $13,375 monthly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. • Responsible for supporting billing, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle operations by ensuring accurate invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and system alignment. • Prepares and manages weekly billing activities and invoice submissions. • Prepares and re-submits corrected claims or invoices as needed. • Performs minimal business to business collection activity as needed to maintain low and current receivable balances. • Reconciles payments and performs denial research using database queries and spreadsheet analysis. • Collaborates with IT department for refining existing billing processes and management reports.
