• Own project execution end to end—managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and communication with precision and accountability • Build a strong understanding of client brands, goals, and the healthcare landscape to better support the work • Translate client briefs and strategic direction into clear, actionable project plans • Coordinate across strategy, creative, media, production, and development teams to keep work aligned and moving forward • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones—proactively communicating progress and flagging risks early • Identify and help resolve resource, timing, or scope challenges to maintain momentum • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status trackers, and documentation • Monitor tasks, dependencies, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality • Support budget tracking, including vendor coordination, time tracking, and invoicing processes • Contribute to budget updates, reconciliations, and reporting • Uphold project management best practices, ensuring consistency and organization across all work streams • Maintain clear, organized documentation across briefs, assets, revisions, and communications
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
- Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and digital/web projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Collaborative, reliable team player
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
- Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required
